Getting to know our client’s lifestyle, ideas, needs and timelines for a project is the first and most important step. To begin with us visit your home, or site. Following which a design meeting is held to firm up the brief and budget. Discuss with our designers at the studio where we have an extensive samples.

Design
Once the design project has been agreed the team prepares a series of design presentations which the arrangements, materials, colours, lighting, furnishings, joinery and finishes.

Project Management
Subject to the extent of the project management role previously agreed, progress of the project is monitored and managed on site and any issues arising in the course of the project are resolved in order to maintain quality, budget and program.
Throughout this stage, the client will be kept informed of progress.
Installation
Our design service tailors pieces to suit your requirements. We have partnerships with skilled artisans and tradespeople to create truly beautiful bespoke pieces. The process includes detailing, sampling and quality control.
After Service
With decoration completed, all of our projects are followed up with our dedicated aftercare service. We coordinate the delivery and hang of your pictures or hardware. If the client finds a defect or damage, we will provide maintenance services.
